At the moment, we only offer 1-year lease agreements.
You can schedule a tour by visiting our website, emailing us at leasing@teamcampus.com, or calling our leasing office at 609-283-5454.
We do credit checks and background screenings. If your credit is unsustainable, you will require a cosigner.
Yes. Renters insurance is required to rent with us.
Of course. We can forget about your furry friend. Pets are only restricted to the first and second floors.

Rent is due on the first of every month
Yes you can. Just visit our floor plans page to see our available apartments, choose the one you like.
Amenities
Our bar and lounge areas are open to all residents and can not be reserved.
Your rent covers water and sewer.
Team Campus Living is a Verizon Fios facility.
With your luxury apartment, we provide a stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser/ ice maker, gas stovetop, microwave, stacked washer, and dryer.
At the moment, Team Campus Living does not offer furnished apartments.
Maintenance
All our maintenance claims are done through our portal via the Rent Manager app.
You do not. Once we receive written permission from you, maintenance will schedule an appointment to attend to your problem.
We will make sure your apartment receives a deep cleaning before arrival. We will also address any maintenance issues, provide a checklist to fill out and note any additional issues upon your move-in. This checklist will be reviewed upon your move-out to ensure you are not charged for existing damages.
